The North Oaks Mobile Care serves as an extension of North Oaks Health, bringing quality healthcare services where they are needed most — through easy and convenient community visits. The clinic-on-wheels is staffed by our skilled providers and offers primary care and preventive support services.
The North Oaks Mobile Care will drive healthy changes in our community by:

The nearly 40-foot wheelchair-accessible mobile clinic features a waiting area and two exam rooms, enabling North Oaks to offer a variety of services, such as:
- Health screenings, including cancer, heart health, diabetes/pre-diabetes, blood pressure, and cholesterol.
- Immunizations.
- Primary care and diagnostic services.
- Risk assessments.
- Health education and resources.
