MRI Services

What is an MRI?

An MRI, or magnetic resonance imaging, is a scan that uses powerful magnets and radio waves to create precise body images to aid in diagnosing and treating many illnesses and conditions. At North Oaks, our MRI is circular-shaped, with flared openings on both sides, and provides the clearest and most accurate picture possible. This is because the magnet strength is up to five times stronger than that of an open MRI, providing high-quality, high-resolution images while reducing scan times.
