Welcome to North Oaks Rehabilitation Hospital

Our Mission: Maximizing functional independence. Every patient. Every time.

North Oaks Rehabilitation Hospital, a freestanding, acute care facility, specializes in treating adults with significant injuries or illnesses requiring intensive rehabilitation to regain independent function. We extend our care to the family, offering training, preparation and education to everyone supporting recovery.

Our rehabilitation hospital boasts 27 barrier-free inpatient rooms (designed to be safe and functional for everyone, regardless of age, size or level of ability), a state-of-the-art, 8,000 sq ft therapy gym and a transitional living apartment designed for practicing daily life skills essential for independence.

Eligibility for admission requires specific medical criteria and a referral from a physician. Upon admittance, our dedicated team of professionals develops a personalized plan of care. We engage family members in conferences to discuss the plan, educate them about the recovery process and set clear goals for discharge.
