Patient Safety The Patient Safety team is focused on keeping you safe and making sure you receive care you can trust every day. They work to ensure you get the right treatment, at the right time, in the safest way possible.	Patient Experience The Patient Experience team helps make sure you and your loved ones feel heard, supported, and have the best possible experience during your care. They listen to your concerns and use your feedback to keep improving how care is delivered.
Health Equity The Health Equity team works to give everyone the same chance to live a healthy life. They connect patients with resources for needs beyond medical care, such as education, access to food, and family support.	Population Health The Population Health team helps our community stay healthy through screenings, education, and programs like the Mobile Health Unit. They also look at local health trends to find ways to prevent illness before it spreads.
