How do I check the status of my application?

Checking the status of your application is quick and easy! Visit careers.northoaks.org to log onto your portal and review the status of your application.

What is the difference between clinical and non-clinical?

Clinical jobs consist of direct, hands-on patient care roles. Examples would be a Registered Nurse, a Rehabilitation Tech, or a Medical Assistant.

A non-clinical job consists of other duties that are not direct patient care. Examples would be a Sterile Services Tech, a Patient Access Associate, or an Environmental Services Technician.

How long is the hiring process?

The hiring process varies for everyone! Due to being a healthcare facility, there are extra verifications and/or tasks that may need to be completed before scheduling orientation.

I don't have access to a computer, so how do I apply?

The North Oaks Employment Center, located at 42161 Veterans Blvd, has computers available for application use from 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.

Why is it important for all of my work history to be listed on my application?

It is important for all work history to be listed because any relevant work experience will be counted toward your rate of pay if selected for a position.

What is my username?

Your username is the email address that you used to create your profile. It is important to remember the email address you used when making the account. If you have multiple email addresses please try all of them.

How long after interviewing for a position would I know if I was being offered the position?

There are multiple different factors that can affect the timeline from an interview to an offer being made including the number of applicants a manager is interviewing for the position.
