What inspires people to pursue a career at North Oaks?

Our Values: Caring, Communication, Courtesy and Commitment are the foundation of everything we do at North Oaks Health System. These values not only inform how we care for the sick and injured, but also guide us as we develop our leaders, educate future health care workers, support local non-profit organizations and partner with our community to ensure the healthcare needs of our region are met.

Our Leadership: Under the direction of a 5-member volunteer Board of Commissioners, North Oaks has transformed itself from a 60-bed community hospital to a bona fide regional health system boasting a Level II Trauma Center, a 330-bed acute care hospital, a 25-bed medical rehabilitation hospital and the largest multispecialty provider clinic in the region.

Our Growth: The community that North Oaks serves is one of the fastest-growing regions in the state of Louisiana. As a Hospital Service District, all excess revenues are reinvested to expand the services we offer. The Board and senior leadership advocate innovative thinking and investment in technologies and programs that allow North Oaks to deliver the highest quality care.
