At the Optical Shop, trained eye care professionals help you choose the right eyewear for your needs, make sure it fits correctly, and provide adjustments as necessary.
Most styles can also be made into prescription sunglasses.
The North Oaks Eye Care Clinic can fill your order for contact lenses or emergency eyewear:
- Patients will need a current prescription.
- North Oaks Eye Care Clinic accepts most vision insurance plans.
- Payment for your order can be made by credit card via telephone or mychart.
- Curbside delivery is available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Call ahead
- Gift certificates are now available.
- Accept fsa /hsa cards.
Protective Eyewear
Whether you’re on the job or in the game, North Oaks Eye Care Clinic offers the protective eyewear you need to prevent eye injuries. Our options include impact-resistant, durable polycarbonate lenses that meet safety requirements and are harder to break.
Sports Eyewear
Playing sports? Don’t forget your eyes! Protective eyewear keeps you safe from flying debris and unexpected impacts. At North Oaks Eye Care Clinic, we’ll guide you in choosing the best option for your sport from our wide selection of trusted brands.
And if you’re under 18, polycarbonate lenses are highly recommended for superior safety.
Prescription Safety Glasses
Safety glasses are required in workplace settings that present eye hazards. Work safety glasses can only be considered “protective” if they meet OSHA and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) requirements. Our selection is OSHA and ANSI-approved.
Safety options include permanent and removable side shields, OSHA-approved impact-resistant lenses, and durable safety frames. Styles are available in clear, non-glare, transition, and polarized lenses (as well as different bifocal variable types).
Our eye experts make sure your glasses fit correctly for your job type and customize your prescription to help you have the best vision possible while maintaining optimum safety for your eyes.
