C. Bryan Miller, MD, Joins North Oaks Primary Care in Hammond

North Oaks Health System is pleased to welcome C. Bryan Miller, MD, to the team at North Oaks Primary Care in Hammond beginning in August. Dr. Miller will be accepting patients ages 12 and older. To schedule an appointment with Dr. Miller, call (985) 230-2778.

Dr. Miller is a board-certified family medicine physician with more than two decades of experience in preventative care, managing chronic conditions and patient education. He builds long-term relationships with his patients, helping them achieve their health goals.

“The practice of medicine is both a calling and a privilege,” Dr. Miller explains. “Getting to know my patients and their families—and giving them the time and space to share their concerns—is, by far, the most important ingredient in my practice. It is the cornerstone of what I consider quality care.”

Dr. Miller brings a strong vision and leadership skills to North Oaks—developed from 20 years of improving healthcare and delivering quality, patient-centered care to diverse communities across the Northshore. In addition to his medical background, he has held influential leadership roles working to redesign clinic operations, introduce new care models, and make healthcare delivery more effective and focused on better patient outcomes.

An alumnus of the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile,Dr. Miller practiced family medicine primarily in the Slidell community and stepped into his first leadership role in 2010. Since then, he has continued his healthcare leadership career by working for multiple health systems before joining the North Oaks family.

Professionally, Dr. Miller belongs to the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Louisiana Academy of Family Physicians.
