Application Requirements
We’re excited to meet future physicians who share our commitment
to compassionate, high-quality care. Start your journey with us by submitting
a complete application and exploring what makes North Oaks a great place to train.
A complete application must include the following:
- The common application form
- Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE)
- Medical school transcript and personal statemen
- Three (3) letters of recommendation
USMLE and/or COMLEX Transcripts:
- Completed and passed USMLE Step 1 / COMLEX Level 1

USMLE Step 2 / COMLEX Level 2
- Interviews may be offered without these completed, but applicants will
not be ranked without them.
For international medical graduates, we prefer candidates who:
- Graduated medical school within the past three years
- Have recent and relevant clinical training/experience within the U.S.
- Have a valid ECFMG certificate by Match Week
NOTE: We are not sponsoring visas for the 2025 / 2026 application season. Applicants
are selected for interviews after a thorough, holistic review of their
qualifications.
