Do you have trouble falling asleep? Staying asleep? Or do you snore? If so, you may have a sleep disorder, which can be treated if correctly diagnosed.
Common Signs of a Sleep Disorder:
- Daytime sleepiness
- Trouble falling asleep
- Heavy snoring
- Uneven breathing
- Morning headaches
- Night time chest pains
- Heavy use of sleeping pills
- Waking up frequently during the night

_____ As a passenger in a car for an hour or more without stopping for a break

_____ In a car, while stopped for a few minutes
