North Oaks Health System President/CEO James E. Cathey Jr. has selected
Occupational Therapist Amanda to receive the Extraordinary Story Award
for a recent act of compassion.
A patient was transferred from another hospital to North Oaks Medical Center without personal belongings. When Molina became aware of the situation, she spent her own money to buy the patient clothing and shoes to go home in from the hospital upon discharge.
