Our Mission

The mission of the North Oaks Medical Center Transitional Year Residency Program is to nurture the next generation of compassionate and versatile physicians by serving as a bridge between medical school and more specialized residency training.

Our program integrates the diverse backgrounds and life experiences of our residents, staff, and faculty to improve access to high-quality, cost-effective healthcare in rural and underserved areas by combining technology with the efforts of inter-professional teams.
