Our Mission

The mission of the North Oaks Internal Medicine Residency Program is to train outstanding internists who are committed to improving the health of our patients and communities.
We foster an environment that promotes wellness for both healthcare providers and patients, integrating the diverse backgrounds and life experiences of our residents, staff, and faculty.

Our program is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, cost-effective healthcare, particularly in rural and underserved areas. We achieve this through interprofessional collaboration and the use of advanced technology.
