Service Desk Analyst Kip Honored with Employee of the Month Award

Service Desk Analyst Kip has received North Oaks Health System's Employee of the Month Award for December 2022.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Kip relocated to Dallas in 1992 to put his analytical skills to work in the technology field. In 2015, he returned to Louisiana and joined the North Oaks team as a Service Desk Analyst.

“I am proud to belong to the North Oaks team,” shares Kip. "My job is exciting and challenging, and I enjoy interacting with staff throughout the health system.”

After graduating from Holy Cross High School in New Orleans, Kip studied Computer Science at the University of New Orleans.

A resident of Covington, Kip enjoys home improvement projects and spending time with his friends and family, including his grown sons – Christopher, Greyson and Gavin.

When North Oaks staff members contact the Information Technology Support Desk and Kip answers, we know he will do everything he can to understand and fix the issue," asserts Technical Services Director Doug Bankston. "With a calm, reassuring voice and skill to match, Kip is committed to resolving IT issues with compassion and courtesy. He is an expert communicator and often has his customers sharing a laugh with him before the call is complete.
