Cath Lab Technologist Patrick Honored as Employee of the Month

Cath Lab Technologist Patrick has received North Oaks Health System's Employee of the Month Award for September 2021.
Patrick joined the North Oaks Diagnostics team in 2016 as Surgery/Quality Assessment Radiology Technologist assigned to the Operating Room. In 2021, he joined the Cardiac Catheterization Lab team as a Technologist.
“There is no better feeling than helping to save lives, especially when the Cath Lab team successfully clears a blockage in our patient’s heart and gives him or her experience immediate relief,” Patrick shares.
He attended Southeastern Louisiana University before graduating from North Oaks School of Radiologic Technology and becoming credentialed through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). He views every new work day as an opportunity to find something he can do to better himself from the day before.
“Give your all every day. Do what no one else wants to every time you get the chance,” he adds.
He lives in Albany with his wife Emily and their infant son Beckham, who was recently born at North Oaks Medical Center.
“The Labor & Delivery team did an incredible job delivering our baby,” Patrick asserts. “The Nursery nurses are top notch too.”
Away from work, Patrick prioritizes family time and playing with Beckham.
In May 2018, Patrick was first honored as Employee of the Month.
