Individuals with diabetes and their loved ones are invited to attend our monthly education group meetings, which are free and open to the public. A physician referral is not required.
Healthcare experts provide valuable insights on diabetes-related topics during these speaker meetings. Additionally, participants can share personal experiences and exchange ideas and concerns with others in attendance.
Each meeting will focus on different topics:

- November 8, 2023 – Eating Healthy During the Holidays
- January 17, 2024 – Sugar Substitutes
- February 21, 2024 – Fiber Foods
- March 20, 2024 – Dining Out
- April 17, 2024 – Sleep & Stress
- May 15, 2024 – Meal Ideas
