North Oaks Diabetes Education presents monthly education group meetings that are free and open to those with diabetes, their families and friends. Speakers from the community share valuable insight on current topics in health related to diabetes. These meetings also provide participants with an opportunity to share experiences, tips, ideas and concerns with others. A physician referral is not required.
