Telemetry Unit Staff Registered Nurse Meggan Receives North Oaks Health System Nurse Excellence Award for October 2017

Telemetry Unit Staff Registered Nurse Meggan has received the North Oaks Health System Nurse Excellence Award for October 2017.
In 2011, Meggan joined the General Surgery Unit team as a Nurse Tech. She became a Staff Registered Nurse on the Telemetry Unit in 2012.
"I love getting to know my patients and earning their trust," Meggan shares.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University.
Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Meggan now lives in Ponchatoula with her husband Jason. He’s also a Staff Registered Nurse at North Oaks and a member to the Cath Lab team.
Away from the hospital, Meggan enjoys time spent with Jason and their dogs. She also likes to bicycle and travel anywhere and everywhere she can.
Meggan and Jason attend St. Joseph Catholic Church in their hometown.
