North Oaks Pulmonology Relocates Effective July 20

Effective today, July 20, North Oaks Pulmonology has relocated within North Oaks Clinic Building 2 on the North Oaks Medical Center campus. The practice remains in the same building and has moved from Suite 401A on the fourth floor to Suite 301 on the third floor.
North Oaks Clinic Building 2 is located at 15813 Paul Vega, MD, Drive in Hammond.
Pulmonology providers include Drs. LaSandra Barton, Justin D. Fowlkes, Kristin Signater, Theepha Thaya and Arvind R. Yertha, along with Nurse Practitioners Lorris J. Bouzigard, Whitney Lashua, Jennifer Littell, Lori Mayers and Phillip Swanson.
