Pharmacy Operations Manager Carley Honored as Leader of the Quarter

Pharmacy Operations Manager Carley has received North Oaks Health System's Leader of the Quarter Award for July-September 2020.

Carley joined the North Oaks Medical Center team in 2005 as a Staff Pharmacist and was promoted to Pharmacy Operations Manager in 2011.

“The teamwork between the Pharmacy and other areas of the hospital is exceptional. Everyone works together to provide the very best care to each and every patient,” she notes.

Carley resolved to become a pharmacist in her junior year at Amite High School. After completing pre-pharmacy coursework at Southeastern Louisiana University, she achieved her goal by earning a doctorate in Pharmacy from University of Louisiana—Monroe.

“My personal goal is to help others by treating them with compassion,” Carley shares.

She makes her home in Madisonville with her son, Brady.

Away from work, Carley can be found cheering Brady on from the sidelines of his sporting events or spending time with their extended family. She also loves dogs and has a Great Dane and chocolate Labrador Retriever.
