Sterile Services Manager Linn Named Employee of the Month

Sterile Services Manager Linn has received the North Oaks Health System Employee of the Month Award for August 2016.

“Behind the scenes, I prepare for each patient like family," Linn shares.

Linn joined North Oaks in May 1989 in her current position. She manages the teams responsible for: decontamination and sterilization of all surgical instrumentation and equipment; Operating Room inventory control; and surgical equipment research and acquisition.

A native of New Orleans, Linn graduated from Charity Hospital School of Surgical Technology.

Her admiration of her father and how he helped others as a physician inspired her career.

As the loving wife of her late husband George, time spent with family and friends is what matters most to Linn.

She belongs to the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation, the Association for Healthcare Resource & Materials Management and the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management.
