Topics include how breastfeeding works, proper latch and positioning techniques, recognizing baby’s hunger cues, establishing milk supply, and overcoming common challenges. We also cover what to expect in the early postpartum days, helping families feel prepared, supported, and confident in nourishing their newborn.
