Employee Flu Shots This Week

Influenza vaccinations for staff and volunteers are an annual requirement, and all staff and volunteers must have proof of vaccination by October 31, 2026. Employees who receive the vaccine outside of North Oaks or as a patient through their North Oaks provider will be required to submit documentation to Employee Health by 10/31/26. Anyone failing to provide proof of vaccination will be required to mask during flu season. and the required declination form must be completed through Infor.
Please see below for dates/times/locations where free vaccinations will be offered. Please bring your completed consent form with you when receiving the vaccine to expedite your experience. If you have an egg allergy or are over the age of 65, please contact Employee Health for the appropriate consent form.
