Dr. Theepha Thaya Joins North Oaks Pulmonology Clinic

Pulmonologist Theepha Thaya, MD, has joined North Oaks Pulmonology Clinic. New patient appointments are now being scheduled. To schedule an appointment, call (985) 230-1580.

Dr. Thaya is fellowship-trained in Pulmonology and Critical Care Medicine through Louisiana State University (LSU) Health Sciences Center where she previously served as chief resident. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine, scoring within the top 10 percent in the nation on the certification exam. In addition, she completed training in the fundamentals of bronchoscopy in New Orleans through the American College of Chest Physicians.

She has presented on topics in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine in regional, national and international medical conferences.
