Our team is comprised of sports medicine orthopedic surgeons, physical
therapists and athletic trainers who manage your condition from onset

Our team is led by sports medicine specialists Drs.
Steven Jones,
Michelle Sliva and
Jeffrey Witty. They treat active teens and adults – from athletes to folks who
enjoy regular exercise to those who perform high impact job duties. Their
goal is to reduce time away from your sport or job and maximize your function
so you can do more of what you love.

- Official Health Care Provider of Southeastern Louisiana University Athletics
- Official Club Sponsor for the South Tangi Youth Soccer Association (STYSA)
- Partner with 13 area schools throughout Tangipahoa and Livingston Parishes to keep student athletes healthy and provide free sports physicals annually.
- Provide onsite care at practices and games and follow-up rehabilitation to help injured athletes safely return to the game.
- Recognize “student-athletes of the season.”
- Provide continuing education and injury prevention tips to coaches and parents.
- Provide athletic trainer coverage at local races and tournaments.
