Employee of the Month
The Employee of the Month award is given to the employee selected for excellence in service by the leaders of North Oaks Health System. The selection is made during monthly leadership meetings
The Employee of the Year is chosen by the North Oaks leaders from the 12 monthly winners. The award is presented by the President/CEO during the Awards Ceremony of the Anniversary Picnic.
