Patient Access Associate Teresa Recognized as Employee of the Month

Patient Access Associate Teresa has received the North Oaks Health System Employee of the Month Award for February 2017.
"I am driven to help others," Teresa shares.
Teresa joined the North Oaks Patient Access team in 2011 working in Emergency Room Admissions. In 2015, she transferred to the Patient Access team responsible for North Oaks Medical Center Admissions.
She is a graduate of Hammond High Magnet School and the Medical Coding & Billing Program of Compass Career College in Hammond.
Teresa and her husband Charles live in Hammond with their three children — 10-year-old Charles Jr., 8-year-old Cayden and 7-year-old Caylee.
Teresa’s favorite pastimes include watching her children play sports, couponing, shopping and crafting.
“Teresa has a gift for making everyone she encounters feel welcome," affirms Patient Access Director Melissa Smith.
