  • The Signature Building entrance will be closed Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3. Please use the Tower Entrance to enter and exit the hospital instead.
  • With the opening of the Diagnostic Center and the increase in Clinic volume, we are expecting PPE utilization to trend up as well. We will continue to monitor PPE utilization and flexing of staff in all departments to volume very closely.
  • Staff members who are responsible for making patient update calls are reminded to set realistic expectations with family members on when they can expect to receive said phone calls and also to follow-thru on making the calls as promised. This will go a long way in relieving family members’ anxiety pertaining to their concern and separation from their hospitalized loved one.
  • Starting next week, 10 a.m. Leadership Calls and Update Emails will move to a frequency of Monday-Wednesday-Friday. If the need arises for Leadership Calls and Update Emails to return to daily frequency, Leadership will be notified of such through the First Alert system.
