Waiting on test results can be stressful. You deserve accurate and timely results. When you need blood work, a urinalysis, biopsy results or any laboratory test, the North Oaks Department of Laboratories has what it takes to process your test with the highest level of quality, efficiency and accuracy.

By using our Automated Laboratory System, the only hospital-based system of its kind on the Northshore, we are able to process lab results 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. We average 2,600 tests a day and more than 790,000 tests annually. In addition, we process most organ and tissue specimen(s) in our own Anatomical Pathology Lab instead of sending the specimen(s) to an offsite lab for evaluation. This provides quicker results to your healthcare provider and faster diagnosis and treatment for you.
