The CMR Unit exceeds regional and national standards in the following areas:

The North Oaks CMR Unit patients make greater functional improvements when compared to similar patients across the nation, and they achieve those improvements in fewer days than patients in other rehabilitation facilities.
Patient Satisfaction:
According to an independent patient satisfaction survey conducted by Press Ganey, Inc. (the industry leader in patient satisfaction measurement) the CMR Unit ranked in the 97th percentile for overall patient satisfaction for 2012*. This means that CMR Unit patients rated their experience in the top 3% when compared to all inpatient rehabilitation facilities (254) nationwide.
