General Information
The North Oaks Medical Center Gift Shop is located on the hospital’s 1st floor and is open 7 days/week during the following hours:
Monday-Friday
9 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
Saturday
10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Sunday
1-4 p.m.

The minimum phone order is $10.

We will happily personalize a small message card to accompany your gift.

Floral arrangements may be purchased through the Especially for You floral vending machine located adjacent to the Gift Shop.

Please submit orders after a patient has been assigned to a room. To request a patient’s room number, please call our Visitor Information Desk at (985) 230-1050.

We will notify you if the patient has been discharged.

Online and phone sales are final once the gift has been delivered.

Phone Orders
- Phone orders are accepted Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Sunday from 1-4 p.m. CST by calling (985) 230-6126.

Gift Restrictions
- Flowers, plants and food are restricted on the Intensive Care Unit and Surgical Intensive Care Unit. Alternative gift options are available.
Delivery Information
- Complimentary delivery is offered by our Volunteers for gifts purchased for patients at North Oaks Medical Center.

Patient deliveries are made 7 days/week from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. CST Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Orders received on a holiday will be delivered the next business day.

Gifts purchased for North Oaks Medical Center staff members will be held in the shop and the employee notified to make arrangements for pick up.
