North Oaks Outpatient Infusion Therapy Unit Relocates

North Oaks officials are pleased to announce the relocation of the health system's Outpatient Infusion Therapy Unit to a new, more convenient location for patients at North Oaks Rehabilitation Hospital, located at 1900 S. Morrison Blvd. in Hammond.

The Outpatient Infusion Therapy Unit was created for physician-referred treatments like chemotherapy, injections or antibiotics administered intravenously and intramuscularly. It is staffed by Registered Nurses, certified in chemotherapy administration with 31 years of combined experience. The unit's hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. and as needed on weekends.

The new location offers ample, nearby parking, as well as a covered entry area to ease access for patients' convenience.
