North Oaks Neurology Clinic Relocating to Hammond Park Professional Building

On Monday, June 28, North Oaks Neurology Clinic will move to Hammond Park Professional Building Suite 5, located at 2101 Robin Avenue, from 16033 Doctors’ Blvd. in Strawberry Farms Professional Plaza.

The Clinic’s move out of 16033 Doctors’ Blvd. in Strawberry Farms Professional Plaza was made necessary as a result of a construction defect in the leased building. North Oaks Health System was leasing the facility and had operated the Neurology Clinic there for less than 3 months since April 12.

“Due to the adverse impact on operations and to avoid any other future concerns, we immediately decided to relocate the practice,” North Oaks Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer Michele Sutton explains. In the interim, arrangements have been made to see North Oaks Neurology Clinic patients with appointments scheduled June 24-25 at North Oaks Sleep Disorders Center, located within North Oaks Diagnostic Center on the North Oaks Medical Center campus.

Hammond Park Professional Building Suite 5, the new location for North Oaks Neurology, is owned by the health system and clinic-ready.

Drs. Bilal A. Choudry and Patricio S. Espinosa staff North Oaks Neurology Clinic. Along with their staff, Drs. Choudry and Espinosa provide treatment for neurological conditions, such as headaches, strokes, seizures, movement disorders and tremors, as well as treatment and management of diseases, including Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and multiple sclerosis. In addition, Drs. Choudry and Espinosa specialize in epilepsy treatment.

North Oaks Neurology Clinic’s hours of operation will remain 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, and patients can continue to reach the clinic at (985) 230-7525.
