Magnolia Obstetrics & Gynecology Moves to C.M. Fagan Drive in Hammond Effective Oct. 1, 2007

On Monday, Oct. 1, 2007, Magnolia Obstetrics & Gynecology physicians Marya J. Porter, MD, and Thuc B. Tran, MD, along with Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Keri G. Burkes, APRN, will begin seeing patients in Hammond at 1010 C.M. Fagan Drive, Suite 100. Patient appointments will be available between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays.

Effective Oct. 1, Magnolia Obstetrics & Gynecology will no longer be sharing space with North Oaks Family Medicine in Independence.

Magnolia Obstetrics & Gynecology joined the North Oaks Clinic network in July 2007. The staff specializes in personalized health care for women from adolescence to menopause, including:

• routine gynecologic care
• pregnancy and postpartum care
• contraceptive counseling
• treatment of abnormal Pap smears
• management of menopause and osteoporosis.
