Dr. Paul Guilbault Joins North Oaks Family Medicine Clinic—Hammond
Family Medicine Physician Paul Guilbault, MD, has joined the practice of North Oaks Family Medicine Clinic in Hammond and will begin seeing patients on Tuesday, January 2, 2007.

Dr. Guilbault holds the distinction of being one of over 200 physicians honored as a “Top Doctor” for the state in Louisiana Life Magazine’s autumn 2006 issue. His selection was based on national professional peer ratings collected by Best Doctors, Inc. of Boston, Massachusetts.

Dr. Guilbault is a New Orleans native and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Prior to joining North Oaks Family Medicine, he practiced for more than 8 years with Ochsner Clinic Foundation on the Northshore.

Dr. Guilbault earned his medical degree at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. Upon graduation from medical school, Dr. Guilbault received the Gerald R. Gehringer Award, which is presented to the graduate who best exemplifies outstanding leadership and scholastic ability in family practice. He went on to complete his internship and residency through the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.

With the arrival of Dr. Guilbault, the North Oaks Family Medicine medical staff is now comprised of six physicians: Drs. Michael Drapcho, Paul Guilbault, Howard Raphael, Edmund Spiller and Hugo Valdes welcome patients to the Hammond location, while Dr. Fanancy Anzalone sees patients at the Independence location. North Oaks Family Medicine offers health care services for adolescents to senior adult patients with acute or chronic illnesses and those in need of routine examinations and screenings.

North Oaks Family Medicine Clinic—Hammond is located at 1902 S. Morrison Blvd. in front of North Oaks Rehabilitation Hospital. Appointments are available from 8 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. on weekdays and, in most cases, can be made for the day of your call. North Oaks Family Medicine Clinic—Independence is located at 230 Masonic Drive.
