Northshore Internal Medicine Associates Relocates

On Monday, July 7, Northshore Internal Medicine Associates will begin seeing patients in their new location on the first floor of North Oaks Office Plaza on the campus of North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond.

The Clinic’s new address will be 15770 Paul Vega, MD, Drive, Suite 108, and the new phone number will be (985) 230-7675.

Northshore Internal Medicine Associates, which became a Clinic of North Oaks Health System in March 2007, has moved to North Oaks Office Plaza from their former location in Hammond Park Professional Building at 2101 Robin Avenue (next to North Oaks Rehabilitation Hospital).

Board-certified Physicians Charles Ducombs, MD, Jay Kumar, MD, Susan Zacharia, MD, and Anthony Zerangue, MD, along with Nurse Practitioner Sheena Newman APRN, FNP-C, specialize in the diagnosis and non-surgical treatment of medical conditions and preventative care for adolescents and adults. Additional areas of expertise include difficult-to-diagnose medical conditions and the management of multiple health concerns.

Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays. Most insurances, cash, personal checks and major credit cards are accepted. New patients also are welcome.
